I'm Aukse, founder of Green Bubble Matcha - a brand born from my love for matcha and a long search for the real thing. After giving up coffee due to jitters and digestion issues, I found matcha and never looked back.
We source organic, premium matcha from Kyoto, Japan, where it's shade-grown and stone-ground for smooth flavour and natural energy.
The name Green Bubble comes from the vibrant foam of thousands of tiny green bubbles formed when matcha whisked - a sign of purity and quality.
