Hi, I'm Aukse, founder of Green Bubble Matcha.
About four years ago, I realised I could no longer drink coffee - it gave me jitters, anxiety, and digestive discomfort. But I still needed energy, focus, and a daily ritual I could enjoy.
That's when I discovered matcha green tea powder - and everything changed.
I fell in love with the calming effect, the smooth energy, and the beauty of preparation ritual. But finding trully high-quality matcha wasn't easy. Most of what I tried was bitter, dull in colour, or simply didn't taste right.
So I began researching, tasting, and learning everything about matcha - from how it's shade-grown to the delicate stone grinding processs. After years of searching, i finally found premium organic matcha from Kyoto, Japan - where the soil, climate, and craftsmanship have produced the world's best matcha for centuries.
And that's how Green Bubble Matcha was born - from my deep love for matcha and the desire to share it with others who cares what's in their cup, clean energy and a little beauty in their day.
The name Green Bubble comes from the thousands of tiny green bubbles that appear on the surface of your matcha when it's whisked properly - a sign of freshness, richness, and quality. That vibrant foam is part of experience - a small moment of magic in your cup.
